
You'll do just as well only using categories - and not subcategories - if you want. They are simply categories within categories. Subcategories aren't anything you have to bother yourself with if you don't want to.

Is it income, an expense, or will this be a subcategory? We've chosen Income since this is for the Personal Income group of categories. This is the name that will appear in your category list.
